Rules & Policies

🇬 GENERAL:

📜1. Real life comes first. When possible, keep communication open with officers so we can adjust.

📜2. Members will conduct themselves in a respectful and mature manner at all times.

📜3. Because we are a guild, members will not charge other members for buffs and/or tradeskill combines. However, members are expected to pay at cost prices for purchased reagents.

📜4. Upon request of members, effort should be made to assist them. We understand this may not be possible at times, but if you are available, you should take the time. Strength of a guild is made on the bonds that grow within.

📜5. Keep focus on personal and guild goals!! Do not be afraid to ask questions.

📜6. Communication is very important; members should feel free to speak with the guild leader or officers with comments, questions, or suggestions concerning the guild in general. Please use recruit officers for recruit/app queries and other officers for all other items.

📜7. If a member knows someone that is interested in UF, but does not meet the requirements please have him/her contact a recruit officer. Many times, recruit officers and/or officers will take the time to help this person meet the requirements.

📜8. It is expected that if you have a problem while in UF, be it with another member or someone outside of guild, you will seek out an officer and discuss the issue. Keeping communication open is very important to resolve problems before they escalate. While some matters can be resolved by yourselves, if you feel the need for assistance please ask.

📜9. Being ANONYMOUS is not allowed.

📜10. If a Raiding Member is inactive for over a year. Member will be demoted to Casual status.

⚔️ GROUPS & RAIDS:

📜1. Any open slots in experience groups or raids should be offered to guild members first.

📜2. There is no mandatory raid attendance quota. This means members do not have to uphold a certain percentage of raids attended to remain in the guild. We do, however, expect members to attend raids if online during the raid. If one needs to leave early due to real life, please merely inform your group and/or an officer.

📜3. Regents, stones, gems, coffins, or other items needed during the raid will be reimbursed by either distribution of merchant gems, jewelry, or other items that are used to sell to NPC or by a refund directly from the guild fund.

📜4. Upon officer approval friends and family members may attend raids. Please keep in mind that their characters must be at the required level for all Raiders.

📜5. Have fun!!

🎁 LOOTING POLICIES:

📜1. Undivided Faith does not use a point system to decide loot. It is awarded to members by officers. This decision is based on several factors. Main factors include: • Last time person has been awarded loot, behavior, and willingness to help fellow guild mates during non-raid times. • If a person's play time is affected by real life it is also noted and that person will not be penalized for it.

📜2. When an item drops, it will be awarded among the members attending the raid who would benefit from it and request to be considered. Benefit means the item being awarded is a clear improvement over what is currently being used or has a valuable effect / asset not available on ones current equipment (damage/delay, right click effect, proc, etc). Because of this, we ask that you link the item you will replace whenever possible. Officers reserve the right to encourage members to loot items they have not requested and to award loot as they best see fit for the health of the guild and raiding force on the whole.

📜3. If the guild has enough of each class and you have received officer permission, you may bring an alternate character for fun. You will be allowed in on loot for your alternate character if the others of the same class would not be upgraded.

📜4. It is required that Raiders come up with a loot plan (strongly suggested for Casuals). A loot plan is a list of items you wish to upgrade your current equipment with. It is not something set in stone, but helps in deciding which items you would like. EQ Resource (http://eqresource.com/) makes this process more simple.

📜5. In all-guild, non-raid experience groups, the general loot system that is expected is that any drops that would be an upgrade for those attending should go to the person in need. Any other drops should be awarded amongst the participants to do with as they see fit. However, if the group makes a decision beforehand to handle loot in a different way, this is acceptable as long as all parties agree.

📜6. Loot from non-raid guild only groups will not be arbitrarily placed into the guild fund unless the group was set up with the sole purpose of gathering items for the fund. If an individual wins an item in a lotto and would like to donate it to the fund, this is acceptable and welcomed.

📜7. All droppable items distributed during guild events are considered to be guild property unless noted otherwise. If you receive an upgrade to a droppable piece of equipment that you received during a guild event, it is required that you turn the replaced item in to an officer so that it may be redistributed to someone else in the guild who could use.

💂 MAINS/ALTS/MULTIPLAYERS:

📜 1. A member will have only one "main" character, but may have as many alts as they wish. You may only change your main once while in UF. If your current main is level 125 then your new main would also have to be 125.

🚨ALL OF THE ABOVE RULES ARE GUIDELINES. ZARAX OR OFFICERS MAY NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE RULES ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.
